Larry learned his strong work ethic working on tobacco and cattle farms growing up. He operates best when he rolls up his sleeves and is knee-deep in policy language, documents, and details.

Larry earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Virginia Tech in Education-Curriculum and Instruction. He taught in public schools for 13 years and has been teaching LSAT, GRE, SAT, and ACT test prep since 2012.

Larry joined Town & Country Insurance in 2015 and is the workhorse of the brokerage. He knows the details of how all of our policies and programs operate. His position with Town & Country is to provide high-quality service and satisfy client needs.

Larry is involved with many community organizations from the Bridgewater Historical Society to the Industrial Development Authority. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors in his home of Bridgewater, Virginia with his two children, Hagan and Henry, and his wife, Anne. Larry’s family enjoys exploring the many trails, creeks and rivers of the Shenandoah Valley.
